Compression Cabins
They can be fixed or movable based on the needs and usage. A compression cabin is the essential equipment to supply the final consumer with methane/biomethane. The single compression cabin is a system at the front of a cylinder trailer on the point designated for refuelling. It gets methane from the origin and increases its pressure until about 200 bar in order to optimise and enable storage and transportation of a higher quantity of natural gas until the final user.
Reduction Cabins
They can be fixed or semi-movable based on the needs. A reduction cabin must be transported easily and represents a fundamental step to supply the final consumer with methane. The single reduction cabin is located at the back of a cylinder trailer and has the task of reducing the pressure of methane exiting the cylinder trailer until the maximum allowable pressure.

Cylinder Trailers
They are used for road transportation of compressed natural gas. The cylinder trailers designed and built by Piccini Paolo Spa are certified and observe the ADR regulation (international agreement on the carriage of dangerous goods). The company directly takes care of the periodic and extraordinary maintenance.
Cylinder Bundles
They are designed, built, patented and sold. A cylinder bundle can be easily transported and delivered to the final client for a small or medium supply service. They are a semi-movable equipment made of a special metal frame that contains 11 cylinders in a vertical position. Cylinder bundles can be transported and placed in areas a cylinder trailer can’t reach. They are installed at the front of the methane or biomethane system used.
Underground Pipe-Tanks
Methane/biomethane storage systems with underground pipe-tanks are internally designed as a solution for all those businesses that need a medium storage for continuous use along their production cycle and don’t have the possibility or space for cylinder trailers parking.
These storages are designed and built based on the client’s needs and observing the current regulations. Pipe-tanks are completed with an adequate reduction, measurement and remote-control cabin. They are periodically refilled by cylinder trailers through decanting. An underground methane storage halves the safety distance dictated by current regulations on dangerous goods storage and doesn’t have any environmental nor visual impact.

Planning and creation of Methane filling stations for internal use for company fleets of light vehicles, trucks, lorries and tractors of any size powered by Methane or Diesel-Methane (Dual-fuel systems).
